We are a WORKSHOP because we like to experiment.

We are ATLANTIC because Atlantic is our culture.

And we are CONTEMPORARY because contemporary art is our reason for being.

TAC is one of the most relevant ensembles of the Spanish musical scene, defining itself as a permanent ensemble of flexible configuration. Its musicians play mainly with the Orquesta Sinfónica of Galicia and the Real Filharmonía of Galicia, and has conductor Diego García Rodríguez as its artistic and music director.

In addition to his activity as TAC artistic and music director, Diego García Rodríguez  collaborates regularly as guest conductor with orchestras, opera theaters and ensembles in Spain and several European countries. Remarkable are his debut at Teatro Real in Madrid in 2015, his close collaboration with the Real Filharmonía de Galicia and the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia, as well as world premieres in England of the opera "It Makes No Difference" by Simone Spagnolo and the melodrama "Die Träumenden Knaben" by Torsten Rasch, or his collaboration with the operatic seasons of San Sebastián and Vigo. He worked as assistant conductor of maestros Nicola Luisotti, Paul Daniel, Josep Pons and Diego Masson at Teatro Real, Liceu of Barcelona and the Dartington Summer School.
